The terms. In plain English.

Last updated: 15 July 2026

Everything on this page is written to be read, not to hide things. It covers the same deal described on our homepage, with the details spelled out. Supercheap Digital is a trading name of Supernerd Limited, a New Zealand company. When we say "we", that's who we mean. When we say "you", we mean the business that signs up.

The short version

1. The membership

The Supercheap Digital membership costs $99 USD a week, billed monthly at $429 USD (a month averages 4.33 weeks; 99 × 4.33 = 429). Billing is in advance and renews monthly until you cancel. There is no contract, no minimum term, and no setup fee.

Included, for one business at one location: a website we build and host for you, local search engine optimization, AI search optimization, Google Business Profile management, a review engine (requests, templates, responses), citations and directory listings, standard local call and form tracking, call recording where legally and technically available, a client Scoreboard, and a monthly plain-English report.

Not included: paid ads management, social media ads, organic social posting, ongoing content production, email marketing, premium or international tracking numbers, complex call routing, SMS/MMS, unusually large tracking-number pools, and other add-ons. These are quoted separately if you want them. Additional locations are also quoted separately.

2. The 30-day money-back guarantee

Do your part, and if you are still not happy in your first 30 days, you get every cent back, for any reason or no reason. Here is exactly how it works:

Your part is three specific things, all guided by us:

  1. Complete the onboarding questionnaire within 3 days of signing up, so we can start building.
  2. Respond to your website draft, with an approval or requested changes, within 5 days of receiving it.
  3. Complete Google's owner verification of your Business Profile within 14 days. Google requires the owner to do it; we walk you through it.

3. The website: who owns it and when

We build your website at no extra cost as part of the membership. It works like this:

4. Your domain and your Google profile

Your domain is yours. You buy it in your own registrar account, with your own card (typically around $12 USD a year). We will happily walk you through it at kickoff. We do not register, hold, or "manage" client domains in our name, ever. If you ask us to configure DNS, we do that as your helper, inside your account.

Your Google Business Profile is yours. Google requires the business owner to verify it, so it is verified in your name from day one. We manage it with your permission and hand access back whenever you ask.

Your tracking data is yours. Standard local call tracking forwards to your existing business phone and is provided through our licensed tracking platform while your membership is active. Tracking numbers themselves remain subject to the platform and carrier's ownership and portability rules. You can request an export of your call and form history before or when you cancel.

5. What we promise, and what nobody can

We promise the work: your website live fast (typically within 7 days of having what we need from you), your Google profile sorted within the first month, and ongoing search work prioritised to what your account needs and reported honestly every month.

We do not and cannot guarantee rankings, leads, calls, revenue, or how Google and AI assistants choose to show your business. Nobody honest can. That is exactly why the guarantee in section 2 exists: since we cannot promise the outcome, we make trying us risk free instead.

6. What we need from you

This membership is a two-way deal: we can only deliver if we get these things. If we ask and can't get what we need, we may pause the work, or end the membership ourselves and refund you for any period you've paid for but not used.

7. Billing, cancellation, and changes

8. The website chat

The chat on our website is an AI assistant supervised by our team. It exists to answer questions about the offer and take messages; it is not a customer service representative and not part of the membership service. Anything you leave with it, including a cancellation or refund request, is passed to a human who actions it. Account matters are handled person to person.

9. The boring but necessary bits

Your content: you confirm you own or have the right to use the text, images, and branding you give us, and you give us permission to use them to do the work.

Our liability: to the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

Right to decline: we can decline or end service for businesses we are not a fit for (with a refund of any unused period if we end it).

Privacy: we collect and use information as explained in our privacy policy, including to answer you, operate and deliver the service, keep customer records, and contact you about the service. We do not sell your data.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, where Supernerd Limited is incorporated.
